Teaching & Learning Mentor | Permanent Teacher + POR 1 (1 year tenure)

The College is seeking a passionate and dynamic educator to take on the leadership role of Teaching and Learning Mentor. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, trade-aligned learning environment focused on delivering SACE framework subjects in an inclusive and flexible way.
As a Teaching and Learning Mentor, you will be an exceptional educator with a proven track record - someone who inspires colleagues and supports their professional growth. In this role, you will mentor a team of Teachers and Learning Support Officers, championing high-quality pedagogy that aligns with College priorities and industry expectations. You will play a key role in building staff capacity and ensuring every student receives relevant, engaging education tailored to their future pathways.

You are a creative, innovative teacher who is deeply committed to student success. You bring a flexible approach to pedagogy and a willingness to embrace the College’s unique learning model. You have a strong track record of teaching excellence and are confident in supporting and guiding others in their professional practice.
We welcome applications from teachers across all learning areas. Experience or the ability to teach across a combination of SACE framework subjects is highly desirable. Middle years trained teachers with strong leadership and mentoring skills are also encouraged to apply, as their capabilities may be well-suited to this role.

Multiple Teaching and Learning Mentor (TLM) positions are available
Each TLM role is a one year appointment, underpinned by a permanent full-time teaching position. While full-time is preferred, part-time applicants are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
Success in this role requires strong educational leadership, the ability to build professional partnerships with staff, students, families, industry and the wider community, and a commitment to delivering high-quality education and support.
