The Director of Co-Curricular and Community Engagement is a senior leadership position and a vital member of the College Executive Team. This strategic role provides visionary leadership and operational direction for two core pillars of College life: Community Engagement and the Co-Curricular Program.
With a clear focus on delivering a dynamic and holistic student experience beyond the classroom, the Director is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a broad range of co-curricular offerings that support students’ personal, social, and emotional development. These programs aim to nurture student talents, promote teamwork, leadership, and resilience, and contribute to the formation of well-rounded individuals aligned with the College’s mission and values.
Simultaneously, the Director leads the College’s community engagement strategy—cultivating meaningful relationships with current and prospective families, Old Scholars, alumni, local organisations, and key community stakeholders. Through a proactive and integrated approach to engagement, marketing, and events, the Director plays a critical role in enhancing the College’s visibility, strengthening its reputation, and supporting enrolment growth.
This role requires a collaborative and relational leader who can work effectively across all areas of the College, ensuring consistency of messaging and alignment with the College’s Catholic identity, educational vision, and EREA Touchstones. The Director will foster a strong sense of belonging, pride, and community connection, while promoting opportunities for lifelong engagement with the College.
