Xavier College is seeking a professional and dedicated individual to join our Two Wells R–10 Campus as a Front Office Administrator. Reporting to the Administrative Officer and Head of Campus – Two Wells, this role is critical to the smooth day-to-day operations of the front office and wider campus community.
This is a permanent, part-time position (11.30am until 4.30pm, Monday to Friday) during school weeks only (40 weeks per year).

About You
The successful candidate will hold strong administrative skill and be customer service focus. This position requires someone with excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively. Previous experience engaging with a diverse range of people in a warm, professional manner is essential. The successful candidate will have previous experience in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records and processes.
