Catherine McAuley School invites applications from passionate Playgroup and birth to 5 years programs assistants who would like to join our student focused, vibrant school community.
You will work under the guidance of our Mini Macs Coordinator to help facilitate our Playgroups and Mini Macs birth to 5 years programs.
This fixed term-contract 12 hours per week position will commence on 8 September 2025 and conclude on 25 September 2026. Working hours are 8:30am – 11:30am Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, during school terms only.
The successful applicant will be passionate about working with young children (birth to 5 years) and their parents/caregivers in our exciting Mini Macs (Early Years Learning Programs): Bop Music, ELY (Early Learning Years Program) and Little Learners Playgroups.

The successful candidates will be expected to undergo our screening process, which includes a Working With Children Check, CESA e-screening + Applicant Declaration Form, First Aid and RRHAN-EC.
