Role Details

Catherine McAuley School is seeking applications from passionate leaders for the position of Leader of Inclusive Practices and Wellbeing (POR 3).

As a member of the school’s Leadership Team, this role supports the strategic direction of the school, leading whole school improvement initiatives and overseeing the interactions and supports we are committed to in supporting our students, families and community.

About You

  • Current SA Teachers Registration
  • Ability to use data to inform teaching and learning outcomes
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment and openness to ongoing learning and continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership skills

The successful candidates will be expected to undergo our screening process, which includes a Working With Children Check, CESA e-screening + Applicant Declaration Form, First Aid and RRHAN-EC.

  2. Cover letter briefly outlining your experience, qualifications and motivation to apply for the role (2-page max).
  3. A resume/CV which includes your employment history and the names and contact details (including phone numbers) of up to 3 referees.  At least two of your referees must be able to talk about your work in a primary school environment.  Please include your current Principal.
