Deputy Director of Boarding – Girls
Sacred Heart College is seeking a Deputy Director of Boarding - Girls to oversee the daily management and overall coordination of the Girls Boarding House.
It is the role of the Deputy Director of Boarding - Girls to support all boarding students in their transition to boarding life, act as the primary liaison with families and foster positive relationships and academic success.
The Deputy Director of Boarding - Girls will ensure that pastoral care, academic support, supervision, co-curricular activities and discipline are maintained at the highest standards.
The role involves close collaboration with the Director of Boarding and Deputy Director of Boarding - Boys on all aspects of the operation of a Boarding House including pastoral care, behaviour management and administrative tasks, the prime focus being on the well-being and care of each boarder.
