Role Details

Our Lady of Hope School is seeking teachers who would like to join their Relief Teaching Team. We value having a consistent group of educators willing to undertake regular TRT at our school and thus build a solid connection with our staff and children. 

Relief Teachers are expected to:

  • Actively support and promote the Catholic ethos of our school 
  • Be able to demonstrate a contemporary understanding of teaching the Australian Curriculum and creatively implement differentiated learning programs which meet the needs of all children with a high emphasis on their engagement and growth.
  • Display a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of each child and enable them to take personal responsibility for their learning as well as their behaviour 
  • Be able to utilise ICT’s as a learning tool and Office 365 to access prepared resources
  • Have solid interpersonal and communication skills in order to establish and maintain constructive relationships with all members of our school family.
  • Be flexible to work across varied year levels 

Additional Information

Qualifications and Training:

  • SA Teachers Registration;
  • Working with Children Check;
  • Approved Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care;
  • First Aid Certificate
