We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Secondary School teacher to join St Columba College in a permanent position, with the ability to teach Religious Education, English, and Humanities. As a teacher at St Columba College our purpose is to work collaboratively with leaders, colleagues, parents/caregivers and others as applicable to facilitate positive learning by students and engage in educational reform.
Your Responsibilities:
Apply curriculum knowledge and teaching methods which facilitate successful learning.
Demonstrate a commitment to uphold and contribute to the Anglican and Catholic ethos of the College.
Plan and execute a comprehensive learning program in line with Australian Curriculum.
Demonstrate best practice in teaching and learning and remain current in knowledge and application and update/adjust practice to achieve same.
Establish positive and effective relationships with students.
About You:
You’ll need:
Demonstrated ability to teach Religious Education, English, and Humanities.
Current Teacher Registration in South Australia and relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience.
High level interpersonal skills to interact positively with the school community and be a positive role model and professional representative.
The successful candidates will be required to undergo our screening process, which includes a Working with Children Check, E-Screen, Applicant Declaration Form and RRHAN.
