Be the voice that welcomes, the strategy that drives growth, and the heart behind every family’s first impression.

Are you a relationship-builder with a sharp strategic mind and a passion for creating standout experiences? Mercedes College is looking for a dynamic Enrolments Manager to lead the charge in welcoming future families to our vibrant community.

This isn’t just admin—it’s influence. As the face and voice of the College, you’ll shape how families experience Mercedes from their very first enquiry to their first day on campus. With warmth, clarity and care, you’ll guide them through the journey—while behind the scenes, you’ll drive enrolment growth, harness insights from data, and lead community engagement that brings our vision to life.

What you’ll do

  • Lead with heart and strategy – Guide families with warmth while delivering on the College’s strategic enrolment goals.
  • Own the enrolment experience – From first enquiry to orientation, ensure every touchpoint reflects our values of excellence, inclusion, and compassion.
  • Bring insights to the table – Use data, demographics and market trends to forecast, plan and inform enrolment strategies.
  • Collaborate to create impact – Partner with Marketing, Learning Enrichment, and Leadership to craft seamless experiences.
  • Be a brand ambassador – Host tours, run open days, build relationships with feeder schools, and fly the Mercedes flag with pride.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Experience in enrolments, customer experience, or marketing (education sector a plus).
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital confidence—comfortable navigating databases, CRMs, and analytics tools.
  • A positive presence, great judgement, and love for dynamic, people-focused work.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Education or similar.
  • A commitment to the Catholic ethos and values of Mercedes College.
