Role Details

St Martin’s Catholic Primary School is looking for dynamic educators who are passionate about working with students to join our dedicated and collaborative team of educators. Being part of a multi-faith and multicultural school, our educators work collaboratively to provide a contemporary and innovative education within a Catholic framework.

  • Actively support, promote and contribute to the Catholic ethos of our OLSH school
  • Demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of contemporary, innovative and inclusive pedagogies that focus on student engagement, inquiry and co-constructed learning across all curriculum areas.
  • Demonstrate experience and capability in using data to support planning and designing learning programs that meet specific needs of all learners (particularly students with English as an additional language and students with complex needs).
  • Create a dynamic and flexible learning environment that cultivates the natural curiosity of all students and develops their skills to become inquirers, as well as showcasing their individual abilities and unique interests.
  •  Undertake involvement with ecological conversion and engage all members in our community in dynamic learning experiences to ensure authentic, ecological and sustainable practices.
  • Possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills as a highly driven and self-motivated educator and contribute positively with all members of the school community

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Full Day (7 hour) Responding to Abuse & Neglect Training 
  • RRHAN-EC update (where applicable)
  • First Aid Training Certificate
