An outstanding opportunity to make an impact...

The South Australian Commission for Catholic Schools (SACCS) is calling for expressions
of interest from members of the Catholic school community to serve on the Commission.

The South Australian Commission for Catholic Schools:

  • has oversight of education in all Catholic schools and sets directions, allocates resources and develops policies for Catholic schools in South Australia;
  • assesses the changing needs of, and opportunities for, Catholic education throughout SA;
  • accounts for educational practices in all Catholic schools to appropriate State and Commonwealth Government bodies;
  • acts as an authority pursuant to State and Commonwealth Governments;
  • is a collegial Public Juridic Person established by the Archbishop of Adelaide, according to the Code of Canon Law.
