St Joseph's School, Port Lincoln

St Joseph’s School Port Lincoln offers high quality education in the Josephite tradition for students from Preschool to Year 12, with the added benefit of boarding facilities for students in Years 7-12.

Role Details

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Actively support and contribute to the Catholic identity and Josephite tradiiton of St Joseph's School Port Lincoln.
  • Demontrate an understanding of contemporary pedagogy with an emphasis on student agency, and the use of formative assessment.
  • Design inclusive learning programs where data informs practice and the curriculum is accessible for all students.
  • Use a variety of assessment and reporting strategies to inform learners, parents and carers of learning progress.
  • Create a positive culture for student wellbeing through building strong relationships with students, colleagues and families.
  • Demonstrate commitment to ongoing development as a learner and as a reflective practitioner.

Subject choice will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

As a country school the successful applicant will be eligible for country incentives as outlined in the 2020 CESA Enterprise Agreement - including:

  • Country Establishment Allowance
  • Removal expenses
  • Rental allowance provided for those relocating
