It is expected that the Principal, as a leader in faith and religious education, as a leader of learning, as a community leader and as one responsible for the smooth operation of the school's resources, will work with the leadership team, staff and students, parent groups, parish priest and parish personnel, to ensure excellent teaching and learning in a faith-centered environment.
The Principal will make a significant contribution at school and system levels, leading a school development and improvement strategy benchmarked against the CESA Living Learning Leading Framework and Standard and within the context of CESA’s Strategy for Leading Catholic Education to New Levels of Excellence.
