Key Responsibilities:
- With the Educational Leader, guide the implementation of contemporary educational practices and critically reflect on service programs.
- Manage enrolments, including inquiries, tours, and orientation visits.
- Oversee financial operations, including Child Care Subsidy payments and budget performance.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the centre, ensuring all processes align with CCEY priorities.
- Uphold the Centre's values through effective communication and professional conduct.
About You:
- Qualifications: Approved ACECQA qualification (Diploma level minimum), current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain), and ACECQA-approved First Aid qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within an early learning centre or school setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration.
