The Opportunity
We are seeking a permanent Administration Assistant to work with the Wellbeing teams across the college, Reception to Year 12, delivering professional and high-quality administrative support.
This position will commence Term 3 2025 (21 July 2025) or by negotiation. The hours of this role are 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) over 40 weeks per year during term time. (This includes a few additional days during the school holidays).
The Wellbeing Team consists of teaching staff who lead colleagues and ensure student wellbeing is prioritised. Administrative support also includes supporting the college’s Counselling Services Team.
About You
You are a keen worker with advanced administration skills, able to think outside the box. You enjoy working with systems, including creating, producing and monitoring reports where needed. You enjoy being part of event organisation and assisting with planning. You enjoy being part of a team! Above all, you have a passion for meaningfully contributing to the collation of data, integration of systems, and the overall high function of wellbeing services across the college, for the benefit of student success, development, and wellbeing of young people, via:

Catholic Education South Australia (CESA) has welcomed the State Government’s decision to continue its funding commitment to non-government schools through to 2034, following the finalisation of the Better and Fairer Schools Agreement with the Federal Government.
Catholic Education South Australia has announced the first of multiple new Early Learning Centres (ELCs) to be delivered through a major partnership with Accord and Eden Academy.
The first ELC, co-located at Xavier College Two Wells, which will be known as Eden Grove is expected to open in Term 3, 2026. The $4 million purpose-built centre will cater for 141 children, offering care and learning from six weeks to five years of age. An additional Eden Grove ELC will open at Xavier College Riverlea Park in 2027.
