Established in 1897, Sacred Heart College is a co-educational Catholic college in the Marist tradition, nurturing both day and boarding students’ holistic needs from Years 7 to 12, across two campuses.
Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning
The Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning will be integral for the College with regards to its strategic imperative of providing a quality learning program based on the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE), the Australian Curriculum and pedagogies that support high quality learning environments.
The Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning will work in partnership with the Director of Teaching and Learning and other members of the Marcellin Leadership Team (MLT) and the Teaching and Learning Committee (TLC) to ensure the smooth operation of Marcellin Campus. They will also work in partnership to monitor and track student progress, ensuring equity, success, and access for all.
The Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning will also serve as Deputy Chair of the Teaching and Learning Committee to support high-quality curriculum and student learning outcomes.
The successful applicant must also complete our child-safe screening processes, including holding a Working with Children Clearance.
