Role Details

The Opportunity

The Personal Assistant to the Principal and Registrar will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and secretarial services. The executive duties and responsibilities are such that the highest level of confidentiality and discretion are required. The position also includes all facets of the student enrolment process from the initial enquiries, to assisting with the transitioning into the College and providing excellent customer service

Under moderate direction, the position of Personal Assistant to the Principal and Registrar requires a wide range of advanced level and varied executive administrative duties and project work to assist the leadership team, School Board, staff and other members of the school community and visitors, to deliver an efficient and responsive customer focused administration service.

About You

This position requires a professional and highly competent frontline person to efficiently handle the flow of people and enquiries associated with the day-to-day administrative running of the school and Principal’s office.

  1. A one-page introduction letter
  2. A three-page (maximum) resume including the names and contact details of three recent professional referees who may be approached, in confidence. 
     
  3. The completed CESA Employment Declaration
     
  4. A copy of your:
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • SAVA Clearance to work in Catholic Education SA
  • Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC)
  • First Aid Certificate
     
  1. CESA Staff do not need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, with the exception of CESA Staff working in High-Risk Settings. CESA Staff are however strongly encouraged to have and maintain an Up-To-Date Vaccination Status in accordance with the ATAGI statement. The vaccination requirement for CESA Staff working in High-Risk Settings is a condition of employment or engagement unless an exemption is approved in accordance with the CESA COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
