Role Details

The Opportunity

Under the supervision of the Assistant Principal - Teaching and Learning, the Education Support Officer will support and assist teachers in the educational program for students with identified needs. 

This is a fixed-term position, working 20 hours per week. 

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Have completed a Certificate 3 or 4 in Education Support Work or equivalent
  • Has experience working with students who have a disability.
  • Has an ability to implement positive and supportive behaviour strategies.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • An understanding of MiniLit is preferred but not essential for this position.
