Secondary Teacher – Semester 2 - (1.0 FTE)

Contract Dates: 21 July 2025 – 12 December 2025

Blackfriars Priory School is seeking a passionate and adaptable Secondary Teacher to join our team for a full-time Semester 2 contract. This is a broad teaching role covering a variety of subjects and year levels, including:

• Middle School Mathematics and Science
• Senior Secondary Health and Lifestyle Education and Work and Vocational Learning

The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, strong classroom management skills, and a commitment to delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences across multiple learning areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated learning programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum and SACE requirements.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Effectively manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
• Monitor, assess, and report on student learning progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student achievement and wellbeing.
• Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and co-curricular activities.
