As the first point of contact for all technology-related queries, you will be the face of ICT at the College, providing friendly, efficient, and professional support to staff and students. Reporting to the ICT Help Desk Team Leader, this role involves providing level-one technical support, assisting with troubleshooting, device setup, user access, and maintaining various ICT systems across the College.
