• Support the Catholic ethos our school community and actively participate in the life of the school.
• Have experience in supporting students with complex learning and behavioural needs
• Have undertaken trauma awareness training
• Demonstrated ability to build quality relationships with students, staff and families
• Demonstrate skills in implementing strategies which support specific skills development and the well being of students.
• Have an understanding of inclusion and be able to implement learning programs which support the success of learners.
• Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with class teachers and wider staff.
• Be committed to personal professional learning and have undertaken further study.
