  • Encourage creativity and digital skills with multimedia projects like podcasts, infographics, and storytelling.
  • Promote cross-curricular thinking by linking ethical, historical, and economic themes across Accounting and Humanities.
  • Build a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel empowered to learn and grow.

Bring expertise and passion for accounting | You have strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for helping students understand the real-world power of numbers.

Build meaningful connections with students | You take the time to get to know your learners, creating a classroom environment where every student feels respected, supported, and inspired to thrive.

Set high expectations and support success | You believe in your students and know how to guide them to meet high standards with structure, encouragement, and clarity.

Adapt and innovate | You’re flexible, creative, and ready to adjust your approach to suit different learning styles or classroom needs—because one size never fits all.

Communicate with clarity and care | Whether you're explaining a tricky concept, giving feedback, or collaborating with colleagues, your communication is clear, constructive, and always student-focused.

Reflect and grow | You’re committed to your own development and open to feedback, always looking to refine your practice and stay current.

Lead with authenticity and integrity | You show up with honesty, consistency, and a genuine commitment to student success—earning trust through your actions and values.
