WHS Coordinator
📍 Our Lady of La Vang School, Flinders Park

This positions is 37.5 hours per week, temporary contract, commencing as soon as possible and contract ending 17th of December 2025. 

✨ Are you a motivated and organised professional ready to make an immediate impact? Our Lady of La Vang School is seeking a dynamic WHS Officer to join our passionate and welcoming team. This is a full-time, fixed-term role concluding at the end of Term 4 — and we need someone to start as soon as possible!

About the role:
🔹 As the Work Health & Safety Coordinator, you’ll deliver a responsive, administration-based WHS service across the school. Under the guidance of the Principal (or delegate), you’ll manage routine WHS activities and provide general advice to school leaders and staff, helping us maintain a safe and supportive environment for all.

✔️ Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
✔️ Confidence in handling WHS processes and providing basic advice
✔️ A welcoming presence and a commitment to providing outstanding service
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

The successful candidate will be required to have...

  • Hold a current acceptable Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance & screening to work in Catholic Education South Australia.
  • Responding to the Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect Training - Education and Care (RRHAN-EC)
  • First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012)
