We are seeking an experienced fulltime Receptionist to join our school administration team in a 12-month replacement position commencing 30 June 2025. At St Aloysius College, we pride ourselves on providing friendly, prompt and professional service to our community. As one of the first faces of the College, the Receptionist sets the tone for students, families, visitors and staff.
Commencing Monday 30 June 2025 and expecting to conclude Friday 17 July 2026
52 weeks per year
37.5 Hours per week
Work hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Full-time salary ESO Administrative Services Grade 2 – Year 1: $68,824
The successful candidate will:
Provide a warm, confident welcome to students, families, visitors and staff
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to manage tasks independently
Work effectively as part of a collaborative team
Offer strong communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
Focus on providing hospitality and service to others in line with our Mercy Values.
