About the Role
We’re looking for our next Head of Campus to join the Executive Leadership Team at Cardijn College (Marcellin Campus). As the Head of our Marcellin Campus, you will be at the forefront of driving educational excellence and creating a supportive environment for both students and staff.
Your leadership will empower the school community to achieve academic success while embracing the core values of our College.
Working in collaboration with the Executive & Campus Leadership Teams, you will help shape the future & contribute to the ongoing success of Cardijn College.
As the Head of Campus, you will:
- Ensure the rich traditions, sacramental life, and Catholic faith are experienced by every member of our community.
- Work closely with members of the College Executive and Campus Leadership Team to maintain the highest standards across all facets of campus and College life.
- Understand, and respond to, current pedagogy and curriculum trends as determined by the SACE Board, ACATA, CESA’s School Improvement agenda and the College’s Strategic & Annual Improvement Plan.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and administration of the Marcellin Campus in partnership with the Campus Leadership Team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and caregivers, and Catholic Education SA personnel to facilitate excellent student outcomes across the College.
About You:
- Be an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community and demonstrate a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College.
- Hold a valid teaching qualification and relevant post-graduate qualification in Education or related field (or working towards).
- Possess highly developed interpersonal, communication, organisational and collaborative skills.
- Have an acute understanding of teaching methodology and curriculum design and delivery.
- Show a commitment to the leadership and delivery of outstanding pastoral care in Cardijn’s inclusive context.
- Be an experienced leader, preferably at an executive level.
Specific Requirements
Be willing to acquire and maintain:
- DHS Working With Children Check and Catholic Police Clearance to work in Catholic Education SA.
- Current valid Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care certificate.
- Applicable First Aid Certificate relevant to the role requirements.
