TMC is on the search for an admin and customer service superstar to join our Research and Innovation Hub (Library) team! 

This is a great opportunity for someone with transferable admin or customer service skills from other industries! If you bring a positive "can do" attitude and love working with people, we're happy to teach you the "library specific" stuff.

This position will work 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday - Friday, 41 weeks of the year. 

You'll be able to:

• Create a welcoming environment within the Research and Innovation Hub, supporting day-to-day operations.
• Assist all visitors with borrowing books and other resources. 
• Support students and staff that visit the space, including supervision of students within the Research and Innovation Hub.
• Support staff in using the VR Lab resources.

Do you have:

• Previous experience in a library, retail, admin or customer service environment (desirable but not essential).
• Knowledge of, and competency with, contemporary software, such as Microsoft Office and Canva programs.

Note: The Research & Innovation Hub Assistant works 41 weeks a year, but we can 'spread' your salary so you're paid across the whole year.
