If so, we want you to join us at Mercedes College. We are seeking a talented individual to fill a fixed-term contract, covering a staff member on leave.

You will be at the heart of our school’s HR operations—bringing fresh ideas, leading change initiatives, and ensuring our people practices reflect our commitment to excellence.

This is not an administrative role—it’s a chance to shape the employee experience and drive positive change. You’ll work closely with school leadership to manage human resources functions while leveraging your project management and change management expertise to streamline processes, enhance efficiency and create an engaging employee experience.

  • Fix term | Monday 30th June 2025 – Monday 10th November 2025
  • Part-time | 30 hours per week
