The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Director of OSHC/Vacation Care to lead, manage and operate our OSHC facilities. Reporting to the Principal, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of passionate co-educators to deliver exceptional care to our community.
The role maintains a steadfast commitment to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people by providing a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment.

About You
You will be responsible for the daily management and administration of an OSHC service (delegated by the Principal who is the Nominated Supervisor). You will manage and lead staff to implement a program based upon recognised School Age Care Framework (OSHC/Vacation Care).
To be successful in the role, you will have experience and passion for working with young people in growth-focused, positive and professional ways.

Holy Family Catholic School is an Early Learning - Year 6 co-educational school which includes an OSHC & Vacation Care service licenced for 90 children.
