Role Details

Rosary School is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Education Support Officer.  The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting both Administration and the learning environment.  You will work collaboratively with the Administration Team and work with teachers to deliver a quality education to all students.

Available to work as School Receptionist on Mondays - 8.30 am - 4.00 pm. Other times and days are negotiatble.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, parents/caregivers and students in a warm and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to school staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and update student information
  • Provide First Aid to students and staff
  • Support a safe, orderly and successful learning environment
  • Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons and assisting students as needed.

About You:

  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Have attention to detail and demonstrate a high level of trust, integrity and work ethic
  • Hold a Certificate III in Educational Support or previous experience in supporting student learning in a school settings
  • Available to work as School Receptionist on Mondays - 8.30 am - 4.00 pm.  Other times and days are negotiatble.
