Full-time (FTE 1.0) Contract Role for Term 3, 2025.

Blackfriars is an independent Catholic School under the governance of the Dominican Friars, committed to providing a well-rounded education that caters specifically to the needs of boys: academically, socially, emotionally, physically and spiritually. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Year 4 Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team for Term 3, 2025.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, delivering innovative lessons, and inspiring students to reach their full potential. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with leaders, colleagues, and parents/caregivers to facilitate positive learning by students and engage in educational reform
• Design, plan and deliver high-quality teaching that aligns with the school's curriculum and educational standards
• Design differentiated and inclusive learning programs where data informs practice in your teaching

About You

• Current Teacher Registration in South Australia
• Sound knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and pedagogies to promote learning for students
• A professional, efficient, qualified educator, with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

Desirable Attributes

• Experience teaching Year 4 students.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
