The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration/Finance Officer to join Holy Family Catholic School!
This part-time, permanent role (35 hrs/week) position is perfect for an administrator with a customer service focus to support our school community.
Your responsibilities

Ensure that contact with the school is welcoming for all parents, students and visitors and assist them with their enquiries.

Provide administrative support as part of the front office team, including financial administration.

General receipting of payments including end of day reconciliation.
- Assist with general debtor accounts enquiries

Act as a designated First Aid Officer and provide timely first aid assistance and personal care support for students.
About You
You'll be a great fit within the Administration/Finance Officer role if you have excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You'll need:

Willingness in administering first aid and personal care support.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen and communicate effectively and empathetically to achieve outcomes.

Ability to deal with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner.

Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, proactive, and contribute to shared team efforts.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo our screening process, which includes a Working With Children Check (WWCC), E-Screen, Application Declaration Form and RRHAN-EC.

Responding to Risks of Harm Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) certificate
