We are seeking an educator who will:
Actively support and contribute to the Catholic Identity and Dominican Charism of the school.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider school community through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate expertise in contemporary, inclusive pedagogical practices, particularly in the areas of literacy and numeracy.
Apply high-impact teaching strategies and explicit instruction that drive student improvement, informed by evidence and data.
Foster a learning environment that promotes student agency, responsibility, and wellbeing.
Use assessment data effectively for planning and designing differentiated learning experiences to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Show a thorough understanding of assessment and reporting strategies, and provide effective, timely, and regular feedback to students and families (experience with SEQTA is advantageous).
Collaborate effectively within teaching teams and across the school.
