Role Details:

• Able to actively support the Catholic Identity of St Francis Xavier’s Catholic School and demonstrate a commitment to our vision.
• Demonstrate experience and capability in using assessment data to support planning and have highly developed skills in designing learning programs that meet the specific needs of all learners.
• A deep and broad knowledge of the Australian curriculum, the Early Years Framework, Living Learning Leading Framework and its effective implementation.
• Demonstrate a commitment to an Early Years team environment, working collaboratively with all staff and parents.
• Provide a learning environment that teaches and supports student wellbeing incorporating the implementation of Restorative Practices to develop self regulation and Personal Responsibility.
• Demonstrate an understanding of ecological conversion and actively uphold our environmental sustainability practices.

This is a fixed-term, contracted position, 0.6-1.0 FTE negotiable. 

Additional Information

Successful candidate will be required to provide:

• Working with Children Check/ Catholic Clearance
• Full Day (7 hour) Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect- Education and Care (RRHAN-EC training)
• First Aid Training
