Role Details

Our Year 2/3 teacher is going on maternity leave in Term 2 and we require a replacement for the remainder of the year. 

Experienced and beginning teachers encouraged to apply, with potential opportunity for Special Authority and/or Part Time roles considered.

The successful applicant will:   

• Actively support and demonstrate a commitment to Catholic Education SA and to the vision and mission of St Joseph’s Parish School;
• Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and utilise contemporary evidence based pedagogies;
• Have excellent skills in using data effectively to inform learning design which supports all learners to progress;
• Have the skills and knowledge to provide a differentiated curriculum in a multi aged group setting that supports all students in their learning journey;
• Develop a positive learning environment that supports student wellbeing, personal responsibility, resilience and independence;
• Be familiar with emerging information and communication technologies and be willing to integrate ICT's across the curriculum to support student learning;
• Be an energetic, dynamic educator who is committed to ongoing personal and professional learning;
• Possess the ability to develop positive relationships with other staff, students and parents, and to participate in all aspects of school life.

You must possess a current registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia, or be eligible for registration.
