Pre-schoolers were invited to be in a Mini Chef Program at St Francis de Sales this week. To the delight of the children the first lesson was with Laura Cassai, runner up from Master Chef 2014. 12 children attended along with their parents. They enjoyed learning how to make and decorate ginger bread biscuits as well as other Christmas goodies.
Mini Chefs was a huge success and there are plans to offer more sessions next year with some classes for older children.

Catholic Education South Australia (CESA) has welcomed the State Government’s decision to continue its funding commitment to non-government schools through to 2034, following the finalisation of the Better and Fairer Schools Agreement with the Federal Government.
