Role Details

The Enrolment & Administration Officer, is a key role within OLOG. You will be the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the enrolment journey with empathy and efficiency. Your role will involve a variety of advanced administrative duties around the enrolments process, engagement and reporting. High-level support to our Leadership Team and Parent engagement to help facilitate positive connections within OLOG. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our enrolment experience is positive, procedures are seamless, and our school community is well-supported.

This position working hours will be 8am - 4pm, working 37.5 for 46 weeks of the year. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for enrolment enquiries ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly in a quality, personalized and empathetic manner.
  • Undertake the full scope of Registrar administrative duties including data management, arranging meetings/events/functions for prospective/new families/school tours/orientation days, etc.  
  • Under the guidance of Leadership develop and maintain a quality enrolment strategy for OLOG families, consistent with CESA enrolment policy and procedure.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate enrolment documentation and reporting throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.
  • Organise, support and represent the school at events such as Open Days and Parent Information sessions.
  • Liaise with key kindergartens and ELCs to support strong relationships that promote OLOG as the Primary School of choice.
  • Contribute to the design and facilitate planning and delivery of promotional, advertising and marketing materials for enrolments at an advanced level.
  • Provide administrative support to Leadership, including diary management and work of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
  • Support community engagement initiatives to assist OLOG P&F grow its capacity and effectiveness.

  • You have a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school.
  • You possess advanced administrative skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office and other ICT tools.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You are highly organised, able to work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
  • You are proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • You are a supportive team member.
