PE with Joe

Each day, Joe hosts a free workout aimed at kids LIVE on their YouTube channel. The workouts are fun and suitable for all ages and even adults can get involved. No equipment is needed, just tune in to the YouTube channel at 9am each morning for a 30-minute, fun workout.

The Physical Educator

Fundamental movement skills are the building blocks of physical literacy. These skills are usually broken down into three overarching categories: locomotor (e.g. running, skipping, galloping), non-locomotor (e.g. balances and shapes), and manipulative (e.g. throwing, catching, kicking). The following games will students develop their FMS skills in fun, active learning environments!

PE central has lots of movement activities. This particular one is specific to home, including game cards to find 10 different at home learning & fitness activities. Students and parents can use the activity cards to have fun learning and moving at home.
