Each day, Joe hosts a free workout aimed at kids LIVE on their YouTube channel. The workouts are fun and suitable for all ages and even adults can get involved. No equipment is needed, just tune in to the YouTube channel at 9am each morning for a 30-minute, fun workout.
Fundamental movement skills are the building blocks of physical literacy. These skills are usually broken down into three overarching categories: locomotor (e.g. running, skipping, galloping), non-locomotor (e.g. balances and shapes), and manipulative (e.g. throwing, catching, kicking).
