News Corp will be running its national Best Teacher Campaign from May 28 – June 28, 2025.

This is an opportunity for teachers across CESA schools to be recognised and celebrated for their outstanding work.

There will be national daily coverage from May 28 – June 1 and then every Sunday until June 28 when the top 50 from across Australia will be featured in the News Corp weekend magazines.

Do you have a teacher/s at your school who could be nominated? News Corp are looking for those stand out teachers who really do go above and beyond - maybe they’ve overcome adversity, or they’ve implemented a really amazing program at your school, they could be excelling as an Early Career Teacher, or they have been a long standing part of your community.

The campaign aims to celebrate and feature the wide breadth of diversity in our teaching staff. The selection process is at the discretion of the News Corp editorial team – decisions will be made to ensure a wide variety of teachers are profiled. Those shortlisted may be approached for an interview or could feature in a state round up article.
