St Joseph's School, Barmera has been providing quality education in the region for over 60 years. The guiding theme of the school is Relationships, Learning and Community, which has enabled students to find their way and be successful.
The school is committed to maintaining excellence and has been providing current and cutting edge teaching and learning. We have also designed outstanding indoor and outdoor learning spaces. Each indoor learning area is equipped with a SmartTV and enough computers (Apple and PC) for each child. Robotics and STEM based learning has continued to be a feature in the school. To balance the technology, our school also has a shaded jumping pillow and hammock station that are integrated into each childs learning. Our students love outdoor learning opportunities. Students participate in a Bush Kinder program, mud obstacle course, Learning at the Lake, gardening, incubating chickens and the Youth Environmental Leader days.
